Whenever you have a breakdown, whatever it is, you can contact the OKLuz Assist technical department and an emergency electrician will visit your home in less than 3 hours if the fault is urgent, or within a maximum of 48 working hours if the fault is not urgent - in both cases, travel and the first 3 hours of labour are free of charge - OKLuz Assist customers have a free telephone number to request assistance, which is operational 24 hours 365 days a year: 900 85 86 85.
The number of electrical installation repairs is unlimited. Plus, every yearOKLuz Assist includes a repair of an electric water boiler, a repair of a domestic appliance (washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, oven, ceramic hob or electric cooker) and two maintenance jobs by an electrician of three hours each: electrical installation work (lamps, wall and ceiling lights, halogens in false plaster ceilings) and replacements (switches, plugs, bells, luminaires, e.g., bulbs, halogens, etc.).
OKLuz Assist includes repairs to your home’s electrical installation, your domestic appliances and the electric water boileras well as the services of an electrician for small installations and replacements.
You can pay for OKLuz Assist in convenient electricity bill instalments and with a 20% discount for the first year.
You have a professional of the Endesa Networkendorsed by rigorous quality controlswho will repair any breakdowns that occur, in addition to flexibility in arranging the visit.
Any costs for travel or the first 3 hours of labour on each breakdown are also avoided (parts are to be paid by the Customer, in case a repair is necessary). In exceptional circumstances, in which the repair time exceeds 3 hours, we undertake to provide a free prior quotation.
Endesa exhaustively controls adherence to quality criteria as well as to the set deadlines for undertaking the work. In addition, random calls are also made regarding the operations carried out as well as satisfaction surveys, in which Customers usually give excellent ratings above 8 points out of 10.
The most common breakdowns are those related to the electrical box, light switches and plugs.
If you have no electricity at home, or none going to the fridge socketand there is not a problem with the distributor, an OKLuz Assist technician will visit your home in less than 3 hours.
The contract lasts for one year and it is automatically extended on an annual basis. However, both the Customer and Endesa may terminate the contract giving written notice of at least one month prior to the expiration date.
The 20% discount on the service fee lasts for 1 year from the start date of the contract.
The service will be billed by Endesa X on a monthly or annual basis, depending on what was agreed. If you have contracted several services at the same address, they will all appear together on a single Endesa X invoice.
In addition, if you have contracted an electricity or gas supply with Endesa Energía at the same address, the service bill will be included on the same document as the energy bill, and both amounts (services and energy) will be itemised together in your account. The billing frequency in this case will be as indicated in the energy contract.
