Pursuant to Royal Decree 1362/2007 of 19 October, implementing the Securities Market Act 24/1988 regarding the transparency of information on issuers whose securities are listed on a Spanish official secondary market, the following companies have informed the issuer and the Spanish Securities Market Commission (CNMV) of their ownership of more than THREE per cent of the company’s share capital and corresponding portion of voting rights:
