NOVARE ENDESA 2009
- The ENDESA-Novare Awards, aimed at the Scientific Community, are intended to foster Technological Innovation and form part of the Company's Global Strategy for Sustainability strengthening our commitments to EMPLOYEE, development, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION , and value creation for our SHAREHOLDERS and to promoting INNOVATION.
- ENDESA understands the need to promote the spirit of innovation in all matters related to the value chain in the energy industry if we want to successfully meet the major environmental challenges facing the world economy. On these lines, the ENDESA-Novare awards promote the development of R&D&I projects in scientific areas of interest for ENDESA’s Innovation strategy, to encourage a more sustainable development of society’s energy needs.
- The ENDESA-Novare Awards are aimed at working groups within the international scientific community, with a Euro 2 million prize (Euro 500,000 for each of the four successful proposals) to be used to finance the development of the winning projects, with ENDESA retaining the industrial property rights for at least the share of project it has financed.
