ENDESA engages in electricity generation, transport, distribution and retailing activities in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Peru.
It has a share in several electricity companies in these countries, directly or through the Enersis group.
Two companies partly owned by Enersis, Endesa Chile and Chilectra, are in charge of handling the ENDESAgeneration and distribution business in Latin America.
