The target of ENDESA is that all the people, independently to have a disability, or the age or a non conventional internet Access, can browse the pages of this Web site without finding access problems.
Under this intention, the development of endesa.es has been based on the fulfilment of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, established by the W3C (Partnership of the World Wide Web) in its level A.

Some of the functionalities implemented in ENDESA to allow them to access to all the contents of the Web easily are:
- The images and animations display an alternative description for the users who cannot access them or those who cancel their uploading.
- The Web site does not lose functionality if the scripts are deactivated or not supported. In addition, they are accessible with the assistive technologies.
- If the CSS is deactivated or the browser does not support it, the content is not lost.
